argh, it might be disturbing but in the end you will remember all of it and laugh even harder than we do when we are reading these posts =) I somewhat feel pitty for Gary but then his attitude is so vulgar that you can't get past it!

In CA, a landlord has 21 days to provide statement of deposit (how it was spent), or refund your deposit. Then it's sue-the-fucking-shit-outta-them-time for 300% of the deposit. I just won a case for $1800. Not sure what the laws are there, but it's definately worth the time to check up on. I had to quote the civil code to the judge as well, he was unaware of the law.
