Your landlord (in this case, Mr. Friendly here) goes to the court to ask for an eviction (due to nonpayment of rent or whatever). If he gets it, the Kane County sheriff would then serve you with a notice of eviction and 'help' you move your stuff out of the premises if you do not do so by a certain date.</p><p>As it appears you were living with this jackass, I'd move voluntarily.
